• Manage firewalls/ACLs, both ASA and those managed in FMC on the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) live tactical training network.
• Operates within a network operations center environment providing customer support, trouble ticketing, and issue resolution using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Expert knowledge in Cisco routing and switching while managing VRF's and IPSEC/GRE tunnels.

While attending the IT Professional 6 course, I was able to challenge myself, learn new skills and advance my expertise in cloud computing. I was able to set up an at home lab to gain practical expierence with AWS accomplishing goals I set for myself such as:

• Managed multiple AWS accounts using AWS organizations and implemented SCP's.
• Configured, maintained, and monitored virtual machines in the cloud environment.
• Managed user access control across AWS IAM Identity Center, including SSO and MFA.
• Configured CloudTrail logs and cloud watch to monitor users and services in the cloud.
• Built and maintain static website hosted on S3 that contains my current resume (AWS Resume Challenge).
